I have 10 years’ experience in innovation methods, user & market research, and strategy consulting. I design and facilitate programs to teach entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and teams how to use innovation tools to solve problems and coach them to make the journey from user research to product development.
I'm a data nerd and I like to help founders and teams make data-driven decisions based on solid customer research and some fun innovation techniques. I bring a unique blend of ethnographic skills and business sense to my projects. I’ve worked with a wide variety of startups (over 30 and counting) at all stages of development as a consultant for the Techstars Global Accelerator in Berlin.
Originally from the United States, I've lived in Asia, South America, and Europe and have worked on projects ranging from developing products for Michelin-starred restaurants to selling composting toilets outside Lima, Peru. I'm passionate about bringing private sector innovation techniques to the social and public sectors and in my spare time like to learn to cook new dishes and travel the world.
I am an International MBA graduate of IE Business School in Madrid and prior to earning my MBA, I worked for six years as a management consultant in process innovation, business analysis for agile teams, and organizational behavior.
